    Default Painting jigheads

Has anyone every taken and taped up the swivel and taped poney heads or any heads, to cardboard and spray painted them? Then clear coated them.???Im going to try this tomorrow. Wondered if it would work. You know spray 1 side let it dry and turn it over and spray this side. If it would work man you could paint like 1000 heads in just a hr or so.

It's messy!!!!!!!! I just paint them one at a time with a brush or powder paint them. I've spent more time getting lousy paint jobs off only to have to redo them.

Please let us know how it works for you. People are quick to share what works but it's just as important to find out what isn't working.

Stick with what has worked in the past to give you an indicator of future successes. If it did not work in the past is when I change something. Happy 2011

One thing I've done when painting pony heads with powder paint is after heating the head, I'll dip the swivel in a small medicine bottle of cold water to cool it before putting it in the powder paint. Then the paint won't stick to it. Y'all may already do that but I though I'd throw that in.

I really hope you didn't do to many LOL. How long did it take you to clean them all off, or did you melt them all down and start again
