Popeye type jigs!!

For the small (1/64, 1/32, 1/16) oz popeye (hair/feather) jigs. Do most of you guys use just the strung hackle, or is the a better type feather to use? I know some are tyrp with flashabou and other things also.

Well here is one of my expanded versions, but normal will not have a dubbed body and just red thread neck and all else the same and works great!
