Where can I get Sickle hooks?

I found some hooks that are colored except the barbs and was thinking about getting some no. 2 Sickles and painting them to use with Minners

You can get them from cableas web site in black or red. I paid $25 for 1000 #4 sickle hooks last week. When on the site do a search for Matsuo

Thanks. I love those new colored hook my Gamakatsu but want to try painting the main part on some on the Sickles. All but the barb and just a little below

Hey Don, I searched all my links and all I can find in the sickle is jig hooks. I order from these folks a lot.

Have you ever tried painting hooks Scott? They want 4 bucks for 6 circle hooks and I want to try panting the Sickle ones

PM sent. I also just checked Cabelas and they have Matzuo Red Sickle aberdeen hooks in #2 for $3.39 per 25 hooks.

I painted some hooks and they all chipped really bad. Will not do anymore. The heat also changes the integrity of the metal. Seems to make them more brittle.I have seen sickle hooks in red, chartruese , bronze and crawfish already painted. Robert at http://stores.crazyanglertackle.com/...Categories.bok
