    Default my wifes first and my waco killer


    so after a week of my wife making fun of me, saying i look like a old lady with all my craft stuff, she decided she wanted to try it. here is here first attempt

    and after getting a little present in the mail today from skip i tiied my first marabou. i think it looks good, but let me know what i did wrong

    i promise i wont post everyone i make, just looking for some feedback for my first few.....AND LOOK AT THOSE CLEAN EYES....LOL

    Both should catch some fish. What is the tail material on the one your wife made?

    i beleave they will catch a fish or two it dont matter what we think its what the fish like it can be ape ugly but as long like fish it thats all that matters you should of seen some of my first ones but they caught fish lol yours looks good keep up the good work

    Just cut a little off the stem side of that marabou,maybe 1/2 inch and it would be just right for my liking.

    thanks guys, my wife used neck hackle, probably 3 or 4 feathers and some salmon colored flash

    Not bad at all, I think you did a good job on the marabou.

    Now if you get to where you want the tail (I like kind of a long tail my self) be sure to cut from the end you tied in and not the business end.
