    Default Material swap?

Any one ever done this? I have been known to like some chenilles soo much that I bought two or more of the same color by accident before.
So I was thinking others out there must have done this too. Have something like 10 guys each with 3 yards of a chenille and each guy would get a foot of chenille from the other 9 guys. Maybe even do other materials, but I don't know.

    What yall think.

When we run them on our fly tying sites someone starts out by getting a box of stuff together and then it gets mailed around. You take out what you want and put in the same value/quantity that you took out. We've got box's that are on their 3 trip around the list of people who signed up.

I like your idea Fatman, I'll have to try and get something going here in a few days.
Guess I would post it in the Jig Swap?

Yeah if you're gonna include jig heads to swap also you're looking at a flat rate box. I can tell you our box's usually run $11 to 16 dollars to mail around.

We usually try and keep it to 10 to 15 people and set the list to the shortest distances for mailing. Doesn't always work but when swapp;ping materials it always works out.

    I'm game!!!!
