    Default scored on wigs

i read bout the wigs some you guys got at walmart, and went there with my dad after i voted.good move,50% off!glad i went after halloween instead of before lol :D .i got 3 wigs and some hardbaits.all in firetigerish patterns which will totoally get things done in me n dads fav lake.i guess trying different types of baits in fire tiger colors is good way to learn to use different types of lures and catch off them.anyways 2 of the wigs came out to 4$ and 3rd one 3$.one of them is a don king looking one,one is long black hair with dark red blended all the way which will make some awesome jigs, and last wig is bright orange.

Good for you and glad they still had some so you could take advantage of a good deal. That Don King one will catch some crappie I am sure of it.

I'm thinking the wig jigs will do good also. I've tied some with the Fl. Blue, Fl. Pink and the Don King wigs.

LOL Redman that is too funny! My wife sees me around the nail polish at walmart she starts with let move on.

For anyone tying flies the Sally Henson's Black is really great for coating the heads.

I just painted some heads for a friend and used 4 colors of nail polish then an over coat of clear Hard As Nails. They are minnow heads with 2 shades of green, some red around the gills and black dots for eyes. I have to admit they do look good but very time consuming.

I picked up a few more today at Walmart and I only paid a bucket a half each I had tons of different colors to pick from but I only picked out three more that I didn't have they were completely out of Don King you cannot go wrong for a $1.50. on the wigs. You get a ton of jigs out of one wig.
