Someone got some metallics I can get for cheap to do these mixes and test a lot more of them?
I will do what I can but I don't have a lot to work with in the fluid bed. I think I will also do some testing by dipping a head in the powder after I take it out of the fluid bed and see what difference it makes. Should or at least could be significant.
I have a fluid bed, but I don't use it for mixing. I use gerber baby food glass bottles! Put the powders it a small bottle, put the cap on and shake it up, you can see what you got and decide to add more of a certain color. The best results for catching fish that I have mixes is two parts white, one part blue.
Yah I know I can mix them n containers but I want something to turn out in a fluid bed the way I want it to look. Going to try a couple more today I hope.
Copper and orange
Silver and pink
Candy apple red and gold or copper, not sure which one yet.
At least I know that if they don't work in the fluid bed I can dip the in jars and such and I should get some kind of funky pattern.

This is Candy Apple Red mixed 50:50 with Silver in a fluid bed. This one turned out perfect in more ways than one. The red is speckled in the pictures but the jig looks more like a red silver than speckled to the naked eye. It has been impossible for me to get a picture that shows what it looks like but take a silver jig and dip it in a thinned out transparent red paint and you will know.
Yellow mixed with transparent copper was a flop so I dipped them again in copper to try and get some fleck and copper color to them. Will post the pics when they are done baking and cooled.
