I have gotten a oven for curing my powder painted jig heads

and it has 2 wire racks and a drip pan. my question is what do you guys have that you can put your wire rack on outside of the oven while you paint and load the jig heads on ? If I attempt to pull mine out where I can slide the heads on after painting, it will not come out very far without falling forward and dumping my heads off. I feel sure someone has come up with an idea where that you can load your heads (freshly powder painted) on and the put it in the oven for curing. Any help on this would be appreciated
