    Default Sealing casting bobbers

I know this sounds counter to what they are designed to do but I want to do it anyway.

I want to fill the plastic clear casting bobbers to the levels I want them and then seal them. I hate it when the stopper comes undone or the water leaks out forcing you to refill every 20 casts.

Only way I have come up with is to super glue them closed and then drill a hole and fill with a syringe and then seal the hole. Anyone have any better ideas or a source for a better casting bobber?
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.

I drilled holes in some plastic floats and added small split shot for weight and rattle sound and sealed it with super glue. For some reason most seemed to start to fill up with water after some use and sink. It could have been defective floats or even something done wrong on my part. Gorilla glue may work since it expands.

I need to keep them clear so shot is not an option really. I don't know why but trout here didn't hit when I used a clear bobber filled with hot glue which was a milky white. again being outfished 5:1 withones filled with water.

I will see how well the gorilla glue works, I used gorilla super glue and so far so good. No leaks but I doubt it is gonna hold a long time.

You might want to try some kind of epoxy or Marine Goop. That stuff works good on alot of things. Just hope it wouldn't melt the plastic.
