does anybody know what happened to reed tackle they were based in New Jersey. They have a lot of fly tying material and we get quite a bit of paint from them.

When was the last time that you dealt with Reed? My Dad used to deal with them in the 1960's - I thought they had been out of business for years!!

the last time was in the 80s right up to the 90s. We've been trying to find out for quite a while what happened to them. Because they made a paint that we truly loved you can put the paint in the oven and care it.

I think they may be out of business. You can try looking them up - they were in Caldwell, NJ (if I remember). My Dad may have ordered stuff in the 1990's - I am not sure.

fatman do you know where they got their paint. It was a paint that you can put in the oven. After about 15 minutes last up was like hard as a rock we would definitely like to know where that paint come from.
