I'm with AZ on this one except I use the spray method for all my powder painting now. The finish work is so much easier and the curing is vastly simplified also.
As I paint multi coats on the jig it also simplifies that. It almost makes it worth while all the hassle of getting the right set-up to do it with. :) Have not had 1 run since using the spray paint method.

I've heard of the spraying method for powder but never saw a picture of the setup!! Can you post some pics of your setup???
