I need to order supplies for a new Do-it ponyhead mold- PHB-5-A. This is the one with barb collar cavities in 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4 and 3/8.

What size/type blade and split ring should I use for each cavity?

Also, Do-it says use a crane #12 swivel for all cavities. Is that correct?
