    Default sickle hooks-wow sharp


    Just got a few in the mail. Ive been using mustad 32746 i think and wow the matzuo sickle are really sharp, much sharper than the mustads. Everyone always said they were sharp but seeing is believing. Time to order some hooks. thanks all

    They sure are sharp,you won't regret getting them. Those 32746's by Mustad are really sharp too,but sickles you can get for 1/3 to 1/4 the price.

    I tried a few of the Sickle hooks a friend gave me to see what all the fuss was about. Not sure what company made the one's I tried. They are sharp but, I still think the Gamakatsu hooks I use are Sharper.
    I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.

    Love the Gamakatsu too and even use to wholesale them to bait & tackle shops, but Gamakatsu have never been a low cost option. They cost a ton more than Matuzo and that is the only reason I put up with their low QC. Still well worth it when compared to the high cost of the Gamakatsu. Jig would cost a lot more using them. Even buying direct as I use to they would still cost so much more than Matuzo.
