    Default My Favorite Thing Ever

I look at or touch this thing every day for over a month now, lol.I get pliars and straighten the slip ring, fan the tail out and just basically look at it.I can't put it in the tackle box.Probably because I only have one of them.If I hung it up in the lake,I'de probably go in after it,lol. Thanks RonDon,for sending it to me.I'm just going to put it in my smallmouth jig bag from the swap.Maybe, and I mean maybe,I'll try it out some day.Have any of you guys ever had a jig that you tied that came to be so special that you still have it hanging out with you like a friend, lol.Let's see it.I know that a state record somewhere is waiting for this guy.Maybe tomorrow I'll add some kind of chenille, lol.Oh yea,I already fixed the slipring, lol. This is my on going project.

I wouldnt put up with a free loadin jig like that. I work, the wife works, the dog I had fetched ducks, everybody has to pull thier weight. Durned ol jig that wont catch fish just has to go, esp lazy jigs that just lay around the house all day and night.

That is a good looking jig though so I am guessing he prolly needs a good atty. Seems the man of the house is holdin him down and keepin him from reachin his full potential.

Well it does have some pistachio coloration to it. What's the limit on skwerls out there??? I have buddy that fishes for skwerls all the time.

Now that you have had some Special High Intensity Training, let me answer the original question. I dont keep my own stuff but I am going to shadow box all the jigs from swaps that I participate in. Each swap display then will hang by an original water color of a lake scene here in my office.

If you need some skwerls, we have plenty that I would be glad to share with you. Do you prefer dead or alive?
