Looks like wigs from The Dollar Tree to me. I was thinking about grabbing some when I saw a month or so back but changed my mind.

Those are children's hair extensions. Bought mine at the Dollar Tree. I have seen some tyers from NC that use the material for SW jigs. I have some of it and have used it to tie a few jigs.

Not much in the way of movement from the material, but look good for adding some color. Protects other materials too. Also, might be OK for jigs tipped with natural baits like minnows and crawlers for walleye or sauger imo.

i tied a few jigs w/ this stuff ,it doesn't get much action as it wants to stick together ...as i was looking for an umbrella effect, and it was just the opposite.Neat looking though:D

    Default pretty good guesses

this material you can buy and dime stores they are hairpieces and fairly inexpensive they cost about one dollar per hairpiece I think it would be a good material. so I purchase what you see in the picture we are currently working with it to see what we can come up with. soul when you guys are in the dime stores check out to see what they have it may surprise you.
