    Probably wouldn't be too hard to modify a mold to take a small swivel...

    I've made these before by slipping the swivel over the hook shank down to the head then tying. Can figure 8 the swivel in place and still make a decent looking jig. I also used this method wiith grub bodies. Works well, unless you just want the mold!
