Mixing lead

Hey guys need a little advise how much of hard lead can i mix with soft and it still pour jigs good.

50/50 is as far as go for smaller stuff like1/32 if smaller then that pure only

Depends on the molds, I've got some 1/16th molds that will pour with tire weight and others like the pony's that I pour 2-1 pure to hard adn it pours fine.

Once you find what works with your molds write it down in a notebook so you'll have it. Now if all you buy/obtain free is pure lead don't worry about it as pure always pours great.

I have bars that are made with just wheel wieghts and I can pour my 1/100 and 1/80 mold I got from crazy angler tackle(Flatfish) just fine they look great. so I guess if you flux it good enough it should work. I used bees wax
