I thought someone might be interested in this link. It shows how to make a 1/32 oz jig mold into a 1/24 oz mold, which I cannot find anywhere that sells this weight of jig mold. I followed the video and my heads came out to 1/24 so the video works. The link is listed below

When I did my molds I reamed it out until the rasp hit the bottom of the 1/32 mold. Once I saw material being cut from the bottom of the mold I stopped. I did both sides the same way and it worked well for me.

Seems like he just cleaned the edges,down to the bottom.Did'nt really change anything from the original mold,just made it a little wider around.

Thats a good video. I made my own about 30 years ago if memory serves me right. It's my goto gill jig head but I have caught some nice Largemouth on that size fishing around cypress tree roots. Now thats fun there.
