    First attempt at the Crappie Candy Fly. Hooks are #6 and #8 with ultra micro chenille.

    Looks good and all you need now is the wool for the body, but looks pretty darn good as is. However now you have done it and you just thought this jig tying is an addiction and expensive, wait until you get to thinking about all the really cool patterns you can tie now, LOL!

    Looks like you followed the pattern pretty darn good too.

    Thanks guys and Skip those colors you have just posted are great. I found out that the wool is not easy to find around here.

    Maybe I can help you with that. Don't have a ton of it, but probably can dig you up a spool of each. if you want.

    I had to buy it by the box/case what ever you call it when you get 12 of each, LOL!

    Len - Great job! The noses look nice and clean, that seems to be the part that gives me the most trouble on clouser style flies.

    Maybe just my oppinion, but i like alot more marabou on the tail. I guess i just don't like the tail super skinny when they are in the water, but that is all personal pref. Awsome, nice eyes too!
