Where can I get some of those and how do they swim with the nose like that? Do they work the same way as a Roadrunner or does the nose make it stay up a little like a crank bait?

I had this mold cut and am waiting for another mold (smaller size) to be finished. These jigs have a really nice wobble and track straight. The all black pattern caught some very nice bluegill last fall...

See what I can do.

Nice jig head buddy. You can definately tell the RR folks to take a leap, that one no way resembles their product. Let us know when you get the smaller size. Looks like ya got a winner there.

Those phlats are bright! Interested to hear what size they are as well....
Those are very well thought out heads, you get some wobble and keep the correct minnow shape. When I saw you post them awhile back, I thought about trying to make something close to those (in theory anyway) by cutting the front of a jig head and trying to mount an Indiana or Colorado style blade as sorta crank lip.... figured I could never get one to run true tho. Your post is gonna send me back to the cutting room, and probably make my head hurt, till something like that comes into production. Again, love the whole idea!!!
