Been tying a bunch with kip and bucktail lately. After getting started and seeing the profiles and how the colors work together in the water i stocked up on a few other colors. Tied some pearl grey with a few strands of blue on top and 4 strands of tinsel flash down the sides. Using 1/8 black heads, and gray thread. If I was a fish, I'd eat em. bucktail is as easy as maribou to work with. Tied some last week with the same head and flash, but black body and a few strands of white to give it some belly color. I think the smallies will like those real well. Got the wife a new laptop and haven't taken the time to learn to post pics yet, maybe tomorrow.
