Yep looks nice . Been playing with the collared hackle myself. So far I have used an all brown hackle , all yellow . black and white grizz and a all red on one. I think it ( hackle ) adds to the buggy look.

I had been making the saddle hackle type for a good while now, but wanted to try some of the more special feathers and this one is a Chukar Barred feather. I like how the colors change as it moves out to the tips.
Definitely different than I've ever seen, looks good. I like the way the hackle slows the fall, especially on the 1/32. Got some to tie tonite myself, hope I can stay focused. Been a while.

Nice soft hackled jig!!!!! If it works as good as a soft hackled fly you got a heck of a winner!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys and Skeet it is a 1/32, but also plan some 1/64 & 1/80 that I have. Maybe even some shad heads in small if I can get what I want. Maybe even some larger ones of the larger feathers like this.
Skip
it looks like a yellow mosquito skip .
