Default Second round of jig tying

I thought I would post the pictures of my second time of tying jigs to get input from fellow crappie fisherman. Also if anyone can give me some input to add chenille to my jigs it would greatly appreciated.

Looks like you have it down - Nice Jigs! Like the duck feathers.

For chenille..... After you have your tail all put in, tie the end of the chennile towards the end of your thread wraps for the tail so it is pointing out the back end. Wrap you thread up to the head of the jig, then wrap the chenille up to the head. Lock it down with a couple turns of thread then make your finishing knot.

It's much easier if you see it done, try searching you-tube for a "Chenille Body Fly" and watch the video. Good luck and have fun!

It may help if you look at my slide show up at the top of this board in the Sticky threads. I start by laying the chenille on top of the hook with the end at the head. Then I warp the chenille down while moving to the point where I want it to stop. Then just wrap the thread back to the head. Then wrap the chenille in close wraps (maybe even a little overlap) to the head, trap it with the thread and then cut and finish.
