    Default From Mr. Peacock

Played with the peacock herl for the body and peacock feather for the tail.
After looking at some of yall's recent pictures, I see I have a ways to go yet, but learning is fun too. I like the bugger and hackle styles just for my own pleasure, I have no idea if a crappie prefers it but I bet a big shellcracker brim would.
    1/64th jig, (I think)
    It ain't nuttin but luck.

Nice jig I just played around with some peacock sword myself for a bluegill swap I did on another site. I really like the stuff, I haven't had a chance to fish them yet but man does it gather light well.

I did one similar a while back, but it didn't look that good. I'm thinkin it's gonna get tore up pretty quick. But that will just let me tie more! Looks good.

Looks good!!!!!!!! I love the way it looks on a hook, they'll get tore up but you can always cut if off and retie new after it gets tore up.
