Most of y'all know that I haven't been tying very long. I get some compliments on them and decided to give it a shot. went to a store near one of our local lakes with my jigs in hand this morning and got my first sale. :D It's a small store and a dot com members wife works there, and was happy to have them on the shelf. Another step along the path, I feel like a kid at Christmas. If you read this, Thanx John.

Congratulations and good luck. I'm sure you'll get some sales as they are proven slab dunker jigs.Looks like the local fish populations will be taking a nosedive soon.

ive been tying about 2 yrs now. and had a local guy that delivers bait to these lakes was doing a delivery and he seen my jigs. asked for my number we talked a bit and settled on a price. he told me i would be in touch to order a few, well his few was 1500 jigs on his first order then 1000 on his second.. it was tuff to keep up. but a little secret i learned was to see what jigs sell then try to tie up a few eveery night. right now i try to tie about 30-50 each day. so within a mths time you kinda have a small stock pile. just my 2 cents. and it is 1 good feeling. just wait till your fishing somewhere and you hear someone talking about his jig that hes catching fish on. again congrads

    skeetbum,
    Congratulations !
No telling where tying will lead you or how many doors it will open for you.
Keep up the good work but don't forget to fish every now and then.
    Again, Congratulations !
