Default Got a few marabou Roadrunners ready for spring

These are all 1/32 actual Roadrunners and are all headed to my box. They all have my custom green head and different color tails to go with some kind of new chenille I got a few month back. Oh and yes my tails are longer than some.

If I was a crap, I would bite it. I don't think that any mature crappie would have a problem sucking one of those in.
    It ain't nuttin but luck.

Do you sell the painted jig head with blade already on it? 1/32 and 1/16. My dad took me to Toledo bend fishing a long long time ago. We saw a bunch af boats with holes in the bottom and lower units were missing. We caught some of the biggest Ball I have caught on that trip.

    Thanks guys!

Toledo Bend is not as bad as it once was since many trees have broke off and tops fell a good bit below full pool, but if the lake is down under 172' elev then it starts to get a bit nasty if you don't know where you are going. I remember when it first opened and just a flooded National Forrest and right were I live we can see all the way to the public boat ramp about a mile across here. However back in the late 1960 there was no way to see from one bank here to the other. Just too many trees.

It is such a pain to paint them since you have to remove the blade and ring, then foil over the remaining swivel, paint, remove foil, cure and then put the blade back on. I don't think mine would be reasonable compared to the commercial ones since their paint chips and I think because it's not cured. So I try not to sell may with out tying them. Plus my minimum order is pretty large so don't like to need them too often. I have sold a few to some customer that bought some jigs too so I can't say never.

They look great I have yet to tie or fish one of those yet. I have a couple that I was given as a gift from a buddy on here but I have yet to fish them I really want to get on the water and give them a try.
