I left some pink powder paint in my fluid cup since last year and it turned solid on one half of the cup?? been leaving powder in my cups for years and this is the first time I have ever seen this. Is there a solvent I can use like Acetone or some other thinner to clean the dried powder paint out of the bottom of the cup?? Thanks for any advice
