What type of die do you use. We die all of our materials the only problem is the die is very expensive. We just got through buying chartreuse $86.00 a pound . Do you know where to get it cheaper bob.

Guys,Here is the recipe that I use.
Dying Buck Tail
Works good,if you want more color just use 1 more pack of kool aid,
or you can mix colors,,my pink buck tails hanging up are 2 packs pink lemonaide and 1 pack strawberry.

I would add one thing before hanging to dry. Get a good stiff comb and comb out all the pieces so they're nice and straight. Nothing worse than having a great tying tail with messed up parts cause they didn't get combed out.

I have a question does the Kool-Aid come out of hir and water. And when you are dying your tales do you use hot water. And do you use anything to set the color. If you don't hear is what you should be doing right should say this is a suggestion use vinegar to set the color. Make sure you wash your hair and warm soapy water to take out any natural oil and hair bob.
