Default New plated head and new color chenille for me

Just trying some colors with my new plated heads and a new color chenille for me.

Any thought as to what colors to put with gold plated heads?

Keep in mine I already have the black and chart, red and chart in mind; I also am thinking about some black with lime green crystal in it in mind.

    skiptomylu,
Dang, Skip, don't bother about the colors right now, tell me about the weight of the jig and what size hook that is!
They are a fine looking combination.

PS Try Lime Green and Chartreuse

I go thru way more work than I should, or you would probably want to with the numbers you do, but I usually twist in gold tinsel chenille for gold heads - silver for silver heads. Color..... white/gold twisted chenille and bright yellow hackle, this combo usually will catch a few on cloudy days.

The chenille is just Danville Rayon Coral and the hackle is not Fl green even though I do have that too and is really close to this. This is just a bit darker and is just green.

For the gold plated I'd use yellows, orange's,charteuse green, black, brown, anything dark and Ff's baitfish which would be my 1st choice for gold as for as bodies..With nickle plated jigs I think any color would work. Nice jig, Skip..
