MO LURES.....Opinions desired

What do you think of this idea? Here are a few different looks at it. Here is a photo of how I did it.






I combined Danger! Danger! with a tube tail.



IMHO ... This lure has it all
color,
flash,
sound,
vibration
soft tube action
and scent when packed with crappie nibbles using a bait pump.

Dip it into "Gulp! juice, or tip with a wax worm for additional scent, and fish away.

These work well when I combined Danger! Danger! with a tube tail. What do you think of these samples? The blade on the bottom attracts fish who are looking up for food! This lure has color, flash, vibration and is the ultimate jig! Dip it into "Gulp! juice, or tip with a wax worm for scent, and fish away.

Similar in concept to a Blakemore RoadRunner.

Like a RR maybe but I think not. A RR has a swivel and split ring and spins on the axis of the swivel, on Ships I don't see the swivel which tells me the blade is going to make flapping movements on the split ring, which will make a different sound underwater.

Ship those might just work with a small curly tail or grub body too.

Actually the blade is on a tiny clevis instead of a spilt ring which helps the bait "Flap" and also move up and down subtly in the water column. Thanks for the input everyone.

Could you show a close up of the clevis set up on the blade? The ones that I got from you are on a split ring.

G3 Those were the first prototypes. I do not use a split ring now. I use a smaller clevis and then the blade. The clavis is threaded through with #4 lb line and then attached to the bottom of Danger. Makes a much nicer presentation.
