Looks like it might be craft hair to me... just a guess, but I have a lot of small mouth jigs made out of craft hair and they look similar to that.

I agree with Joe,it definitely looks like craft hair. If it was natural I'd say arctic fox but that's expensive. 95% sure it's craft hair.
I vote for fish hair and/or craft hair.
Thanks guys. I think it might be craft hair myself. Those Rockets are pretty good lookin. The collar on them looks like they are wrapped in Flashbou or something. I saw them in Dunns in Pdaucah,Ky. and they really look good. I would rather buy $110.00 worth of materials to figure out the tye rather than pay $5.00 for 3 jigs. This darn tying thing gets a little interesting sometimes. Oh well, you can't take it with you is my thinking !!

No actually it's sculpin wool I have several from a while back they fish very well have to wait till they get soaked real good but, I like the sculpin I use it on several patterens that worked very well for Me last winter.
You can bet it's not Arctic fox as I have a good bit of that and it sells in very small amounts so it's a bit high for what you get. Great looking stuff and I did make a guide a bunch of jigs with it last fall.
