I've tied spun hair flies for years... start switching over to mostly feathers and chenille on jigs and look what ya-all make me do!!! :eek: I've made many hair jigs over the years, but all were intended for lrg. mouth or smallies. Will be interesting to down size..... I am hoping to get some really good ideas here.

One thing Ya'll need to understand this ain't for the most exotic jig I can tell you these 2 top crappie fishermen will be looking at the simplicity of design with practicality of use!

yeah and my vibrating liquid crystal nuclear powered crappie seeking spearfishing jig is out too I guess............was really looking forward to tying that thing up and getting rid of all this uranium I have been stockpiling over the last couple years.........practical......hmmmmmmmmm.........

hey just to confirm... we are sticking to the rule that there must be some sort of "hair" for the jig correct?

Far as I know. Is this rule for natural hair only, or does that include synthetic "hair?"

The way the fish have been biting here I'd almost be willing to try a nuke jig.:eek: Gonna paint the eyes on my jigs in a bit,then maybe tie a few different ones to see what I like the best.It may take awhile before I find the right one. Have no idea what's going on them.;);):D
