Scott,I have done both.I still have most of the jigs, from the swaps,going back to #1.Some are for future reference,some, too darn nice to fish with, and there's been several casualties,but I dont think their creators would mind a bit ;) !!!

I have learned tremendously from my participation in the swaps (one of these days my jigs will show it too !!).
