It's funny you should mention down pillows,Doc.My wife bought a couple of them recently and I've been teasing her about cutting one open. Lot's of feathers in there and my curiousity is really bothering her. I just might execute one to see what's inside.
I would have to imagine that there are more different size feathers in there that could be used for many different tying patterns, not to mention probably a life time supply as well just in one pillow... I would have to go with a new one not to sure what the condition of the feathers would be in a well used one...
