This will be the general direction I will be going with. FF will probably reconize his plated heads.
Have not picked a finalist two yet but these might be canidates. Still spearminting though.
That pill in the middle is a low dose aspirin. For you old bucks like me that ought to give you a real good idea on size. Jig heads are 1/100 oz. and 1/80 oz
for sure Triple J :)
have fun guys sorry missed out on this one.
I can hardly see the aspirin, let alone tie them little biddy things, lol.I'll have to go 1/32.
I had 5 orders to finish today, so I thought I would also get the jigs done for the swap. Had all done when wife came out to shop to see what I was tying. On the bench were 5 of the jig that are color combo that I normally tie for just her, but I thought I would enclude them in this sawp. She snatched them off the bench and asked who these were for, and like a fool I had to tell her. Now after 31 year of marriage you would think I would have known better, but any way, she let me know that "she was the only one that was going to get these and that they were now hers!" As she left the shop she also said if I wanted to touch anything of "hers" again I would abide by her wishes. Well you folks will now be getting 2 jigs that I use and what wife likes will be staying at home:D. Both are 1/32 ounce and proven patterns. Hope you like them.:)
Finished three rod repairs today and started on the jigs. Half of them
are done, tied on a hundred ounce jighead. The other pattern I'm still
thinking about. Maybe a bug of some sort! I know BG's love bugs.
Still thinking.......................................... ................
Ok,half way done. 1/64 oz. is finished, the rest will be 1/32.Don't get "spooled" with these little guys, has been known to happen, lol.
Got mine done today. 1/100 oz and 1/80 oz. Will post pix tommorow . Went to shoot pix today and camera battery was dead. Nickel plated ones the 1/100 have a jet back shiny tail with a new age chenille black and white body. The 1/80 oz are gold plated . A few strands of black flashabou buried in a pinch of translucent iceabou. With newage firetiger chenille being the body. Chenille on both is size 0.
