    Finally made it out! Water temp on the main lake on Monday was 67, back in the coves it was 70. I caught 18 crappie ranging from 9" to 13" with most around 12 inches and nearly two inches thick! Sorry, I didn't take any pics... I was fishing back in the secondary coves. Others were hitting the brush piles and downed trees in the main cove, and some were fishing deeper in 10-12 feet of water. The bite was slow, but if you hung in there it paid off. Spent the day on the lake with my little dog and had a great time!
