Raccoon 10/9
We got on lake at 1:30 and probably started fishing about 1:45 fished till 4:45 caught 8 crappie between 2 of us, 4 each. I had 3 or 4 more up to boat and they came off. Water temp according to depth finder was 72.3 deg, fish were down around 11-12ft in 18ft of water where caught. All fish were dinks except 1 that was maybe 10.5 inches.
Seems like most crappie caught now are smaller used to catch a lot of 10-13 inch crappie, also by now they were usually hitting like crazy seems like they havent turned on the winter feed bag yet. My crappie were caught on a Sparkling Wanda shad body, buddy caught his on a blue glimmer body cant remember name of it.
Anyway better then sitting at home, hopefully next time will get better.
