8/28 Raccoon

On water at 7:15 again off at 11:45, caught 53 total kept 18, alot of real small fish caught today Buddy did catch about a 8# Flathead on a 1/32 oz jig and 4# test line.
Some fish were caught in 7 ft of water 6ft deep and the rest were caught in 18ft of water 10-14 ft deep.. fish were slamming the jigs a lot today just hitting the jig and about pulling rod out of your hand.
Water temps 82.3-83 deg fish caught on 1/32 oz jigs and Sparkling Wanda shad bodies.
If anybody likes to cast for White bass they are tearing the shad up, seen a 2 acre area this morning just turned to white foam with them knocking shad out of the water.

Curly seems to be plenty, I wouldn't fish it on the weekend right now if I was getting paid good money.. people are just too crazy out on the weekends.

I'm going to at least wait til after labor day weekend. Maybe & hopeful they will thin out. Just to hard for me to get out during the week with work schedule.
