I know to launch a boat you need the $25 sticker. If you just park at any boat launch other than main gate, below dam, or other Missy area and shore fish is there any fee. Haven't fished at Missy in 15-20 years so I don't know, looked at the DNR site and found no info on any cost to shore fish.
