Raccoon Lake Boat ramp

Does anybody know if the boat ramps are open? I know the lake level is still down about 17ft from summer pool. Has anybody fished it this year or know the water temp/clarity? I was thinking of making the 3 hr drive this weekend

I called the State Park and talked to a very nice guy who gave me some good info. He said the main ramp at the park is the only one open. There is water north of Rt 36 but not enough to get a boat in. The water is very muddy and they are a little behind on bringing the lake up to summer pool, however they are expecting rain. There is not a lot of wood/brush to fish because of the lake level. He did catch some on drop offs.
