Great day for you, 1/32's work great for me also.
My wife and I have begun fishing often the past 2 years, wondering how you fish a jig so light. Do you use a split shot? How do you cast it any distance?
A silly question I'm sure but I'm curious.
So it just slowly falls and you slowly reel it in? Just about have to be in a boat, I guess I need to check into getting one of those.
Thanks,
Alan
I use an 11' jig pole and dip it where I want it, and pick spots apart. The reel is only there to get in my way.
All good information that I will put to use.

I use a lot of 4 lb crystal fire line and it can cast small jigs pretty well. Let it sink for a while after it hits the water and just fish real slow on the way back in. It's a bit hard to fish deep with small jigs, but a slow retrieve will get you down a ways.
