Anyone been lately? Trying to decide between going there or Cataract in the morning for some long lining.

Cataract has been really good to me this summer. Went and tried missy Sunday with not much luck. I didn't have a problem going through 8 doz minnows on cataract two weeks ago.

Looks like Mississinewa has weathered the heavy rains that we had go thru up north here. I am planning on meeting my brother from Noblesville there on Saturday morning. We usually launch at Red Bridge around 7 AM. If you see a 17' black LUND with 75HP Honda tiller, stop by and say hi!! Will be glad to let you know how we are doing.

Well, got scared of the incoming weather and decided to stay closer to home Saturday morning. Fished Pike Lake in Warsaw for about 4 hours instead. Did not find the crappie biting, but kept that jig & curly tail hopping in front of their noses the entire time. Kept 10 bluegill and a couple of silver bass for a fish dinner. Good time fishing with my brother. Hope to get out more when this weather cools down and will be hitting Mississinewa soon.
