What about the cost? I would think repairing a cheap aluminum prop may not be worth it. I can replace my 3 blade, 10"x 13 pitch for $80 at Wholesale Marine.com, Any thoughts ? Oh, it's on a 25 hp Johnson 2 cyl. Thanks

don't remember the cost on mine, but it was aluminum on a Force 50. i do remember that I was surprised at how little it cost compared to what I was expecting it to be. When I got it back it looked like a new one

I would be surprised if I could find a prop for my outboard. Its a 1988 Chrysler 75 hp.

Depends on the severity of the damage. If a bunch of welding and grinding is involved, then for a smaller prop it would make more sense to just get a new one. For the prop you're talking about on a small outboard, I'd just go new and be done with it.

Only guy I'd use, but that is for a ss prop. Aluminum prop I always sent them to Michigan Wheel.
