Indiana boat launch permit sticker!!

Can anyone tell me where the most convenient place to purchase the boat permit sticker for Patoka Lake.. We are staying in Jasper. Thanks!!!

at the entrance to Stewart-Newton Rec area there's a ranger station on the road to it off 145 the road to Jasper

do you need special Indiana permit if you have other state permit I have took mine too Canada and florida and many states in between without getting stickers for other states only place I had to get another sticker was twin lakes in indiana

Indiana has a boat launch sticker that you need for any lake. There are some lakes in Indiana that require another type sticker, maybe someone can put light on that, but Patoka doesn't need that one , only the state sticker

It's my understanding that the launch permit is just required for lakes in all state parks. Most of the natural lakes up at my end of the state do not require any extra permits other then your boat being registered.

yep, I have to have one for Patoka and Monroe, and I live in KY
