Indianapolis Boat Show and Crappie Fishing
Was just looking at my schedule for the next couple of months, and thought I'd check out the boat show to see where it hit.
Noticed they have three crappie fishing speakers on the schedule. Ronnie Capps, Russ Bailey and Kyle Schoenherr from Illinois. Looks like there will be an "Ask the Experts" forum on crappie fishing too featuring Ronnie with several sessions over one of the weekends.

I'll be the first to say that the show doesn't draw me like it used to. Tackle Town is nothing like it used to be, and there aren't any bargains to be found. If it wasn't in February when cabin fever is at its peak, I probably wouldn't bother, but I'm thinking I'm going to try to catch that weekend this year.

Went last year and they had a great presentation. You are right about "Cabin Fever" being at its peak.

I believe the link you posted was last years dates for speakers

Yes, the big show is nice. Don't forget the smaller local shows too. Franklin, KoKomo, and West Side Bait & Tackle are ones to check out. Feel free to add any I've forgotten.
It's nice to attend these to relieve the cabin fever. Patiently waiting for spring!
Hope everyone has a safe (short) winter

It was great to see crappie fishing seminars at last year' show! In addition to the crappie seminars on the weekends, there will be crappie seminars done during the week by some of ISM's own. The times, speakers and topics will be on the boat show website soon. ISM will also have a booth at the show this year so stop in to see us. We will have things to give away!
