Patoka docks

Hello to all new member here. I hate for my first post to be for help. I was wondering if any of the marina's at Patoka will allow you to fish off of the boat slips in the winter for crappie?

there's a nice pier at Osbourn you can fish off of. no fishing allowed anytime off the courtesy docks at the ramps tho.
