Now a Rangerman
Partial to Rangers myself. I have always loved em since I was kid. I'm on my third one and I've been happy with every one. Only upgraded for size. Next choice would be a Skeeter though. Those new ones are stunning. Definitely no slouch. Actually got rid of my first Ranger when I slung it off the trailer on 65s, around Munfordsville. The boat was still in fair shape, considering... Good luck with your new boat.
Ranger and Skeeter are my 2 fav. bass boats,,can't go wrong with either. Had 2 skeeters myself quite a while ago in my younger days. Both were nat. team skeeter boats. Jerry Myers was owner and pres. of skeeter then with Mike Albritton as executive VP. Located in Kilgore Texas. I was down at the their plant, and amazed at how small it was. Also down at Rangers once. Both plants are immaculate. You can eat off the floors they are so clean as they use a air filter system that sucks the most super small piece of dust off the floors in keeping it clean. Both are all but hand made boats. Amazingly built super well. Enjoy either boat as they will last you a life time of fishing and enjoyment. I know you will enjoy your new Ranger as you did your Skeeter. For someone that will buy your used Skeeter,,can't go wrong and it will make someone a great fishing rig.
