Got out a little today from 10am until around 4. Water temp 63 and had a lot of color. Fish are starting to stack up, like they do every year about this time. All fish were caught today vertical fishing channel ledges 30' of water, fish were anywhere from 20' to the bottom, holding tight to the inside of the ledges. Without a drift sock, it would have been impossible to fish, the wind picked up a little more than forecasted. Jigs or minnows, didn't seem to make much of a difference. Brought home 25 and threw close to that many back.

I have pics from today, but can't them to upload, for some reason.

Awesome job...beats the tough time I had today, opposite problem - no wind to speak of...fishing from shore with a jig n float combo I need a little wind to get some good drifts going and to be able to manuever my bait tight to structures in the water.

Nice job, Locator. Found a few that deep myself today, but couldn't get them to bite. Ended up going a bit shallower (~15') and started catching a few. Only squeeked out about 30, but had some decent quality in the mix, a couple over 12" with the largest going nearly 12.75". Same problem with the wind up here in central IN...and no, I wasn't on HL (hint: see pic name)

Nice going fellas, not bad for the cold front and windy conditions. I thought you'd have to pry the fish's mouth open with a hydraulic jack to make them bite given the weather. Make's me feel like a weenie though. I am waiting for Indian Summer.
