    I don't know this youngin but apparently he is the new record holder in the State of Illinois. He was fishing with a buddy around Centralia, IL and he landed the big one. It was weighed on a certified scale and weighed
    4lb 8.2oz Their not sure if it's a black or hybrid but said that it's not a white. Congratulations to this youngster. His story can be read at prariestateoutdoors.com
