    Default Lake Mattoon 12/30/23

    Crappie still biting good. Had 10 over 10 inches. Put them back in the lake for next time, I have plenty in the freezer. Caught them with a cork and jig. Chartreuse seemed to work well. Caught them around tree lay downs. Water still in the lower 40’s.
